Alan Duffy

Professor Alan Duffy is an experienced computational astrophysicist, running large-scale supercomputer simulations to test the growth of dark matter structures.

He is active in both the SABRE direct detection experiment (slow controls, PMT calibration and theoretical predictions), astrophysical constraints of dark matter through indirect detection, as well as manager the SABRE Wantirna Assembly Site. He also is the Leader of the Centre’s Outreach and Media Engagement Portfolio.
