Anita Vecchies

Anita Vecchies is the Centre’s Chief Operating Officer. She has worked in research administration at the University of Melbourne since 2008, with extensive experience in large, collaborative Australian Research Council and government grant schemes. Prior to joining the Centre, she worked for a year as Chief Operating Officer at the ARC Centre of Excellence for Mathematical and Statistical Frontiers.

Working closely with the Centre Director and other members of the Executive, Anita is responsible for coordinating and driving the strategic, operational, financial, logistic and administrative activities of the Centre.
