Geoffrey Taylor

With 35 years’ experience in Australia’s high-energy physics program- including 20 years at the forefront of Australia’s involvement with CERN- Professor Taylor will lend his expertise to the Direct Detection and LHC/ATLAS search aspects of the Centre’s work.

The Centre will benefit also from his considerable management experience, his contribution to student and staff mentoring, and his commitment to engaging in outreach activities, designed for secondary school students and the wider general public, and long history of media engagement.
